Kirigami for Kids

When the sun is hot my mom likes us to do a quiet craft.  Today we picked Kirigami.  My mom had no idea what that was.  When she was a little girl they called it paper dolls. There are a lot of things my mom doesn't know for example whether to use a hot dog or a hamburger fold.  Even K's know that!

 

Kirigami is a bit harder then it looks until you get the hang of it. You can expect your first try to fall apart but practise makes perfect!  Just look at my paper heart chain above.
